FULL LEG WAX AT NUDE

The Treatment: Opting out of Nude’s signature Brazilian wax treatment owing to a pitifully low pain threshold, I decided a full leg wax was in order. Warm wax is applied using a hand-held device, and then removed quickly with waxing strips, taking all your leg hair along with it. Legs are prepped with cleansing spray before the treatment, and a soothing balm applied afterwards.
The Vibe: Nude is the first dedicated waxing boutique in Hong Kong, with an altogether brisker atmosphere than other spas that offer waxing. Treatment rooms are small, but pleasant and ultra hygienic. All the products used in the salon are imported from Australia.
Verdict: Having never waxed before, I was a little nervous about how painful it was going ot be, but it was actually almost painless. Head therapist Joey was friendly and thorough, and holds a CIDESCO International Diploma. There was no redness or irritation at all. I have become a true waxing convert.
Best Bit: Not having to shave for a good few weeks!
