Does it hurt?

Ingrown hairs can be caused by numerous reasons such as wearing tight clothing, not exfoliating regularly and pores being infected with bacteria.

When is it not safe to wax?

You should avoid making a waxing appointment if you have the following symptoms:

  • 1 week before and after menstrual cycle
  • After a spray tan, suntan or solarium
  • Skin rashes, sunburns, wounds, open skin
